The Problem

Some people make work unnecessarily difficult. Like Gilfoyle.

Signs of Toxicity

  • Constant negativity
  • Taking credit for others' work
  • Undermining team morale
  • Refusing to collaborate

Coping Strategies

  1. Document everything - Emails, Slack messages, meeting notes
  2. Set boundaries - Don't engage in drama
  3. Focus on your work - Results speak louder
  4. Talk to management - If it's affecting productivity

When to Quit

If management won't act and it's hurting your mental health, update your resume.

Life's too short to work with jerks.

Guys, can we please not air our workplace grievances on the company blog?

Interesting article, Dinesh. Though I'd argue the real toxicity comes from people who write passive-aggressive blog posts instead of addressing issues directly. Also, you misspelled 'colleague' in the description.

I think there's wisdom in both perspectives here! Perhaps we could schedule a team-building exercise?

This reads like a subtweet. You two need to actually talk to each other.
